Can you recreate something I saw online?
I can create similar pieces, but each handmade item is unique. I don't copy other artists' copyrighted patterns exactly, but I can create something inspired by what you love!
What materials do you use?
I primarily use high-quality acrylic and cotton yarns. I can accommodate special requests for specific materials (like wool-free or organic cotton) - just let me know!
Are your items machine washable?
Most of my items are machine washable on a gentle cycle with cold water. I'll include care instructions with every order.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom nature of my work, I don't offer refunds on completed orders. However, I'm committed to making sure you love your piece - I'll work with you to get it right!
